A traditional International Congress on Energy Fluxes and Radiation Effects (EFRE-2016) is to be held in Tomsk, Russia, on October, 2016.

The Congress combines three traditional International Conferences, which are regularly held in Tomsk:

• the 19th International Symposium on High-Current Electronics (19th SHCE)
• the 13th International Conference on Modification of Materials with Particle Beams and Plasma Flows (13th CMM)
• the 17th International Conference on Radiation Physics and Chemistry of Condensed Matter (17th RPC).

The General Chairman of the Congress is member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Gennady Mesyats.
